Yale Dynamics

Software engineering & modernization consulting

Yale Dynamics helps small teams and busy professionals modernize their web stacks and put AI agents to work — practical automation, built hands-on and handed over with documentation you can own.

What we do

AI agent workflows

Turning ad-hoc chatbot usage into dependable, repeatable agent workflows for real professional work.

  • Agent and prompt design around your actual tasks, not demos
  • Tool and data integrations (email, documents, calendars, internal systems)
  • Guardrails, review steps, and handover docs so the workflow outlives the engagement

Web stack modernization

Bringing aging sites and internal tools onto modern, maintainable foundations without a risky big-bang rewrite.

  • Migrations to modern frameworks and hosting (Next.js, Vercel, and friends)
  • Performance, accessibility, and SEO passes with measurable before/after
  • CI, previews, and tooling so future changes are cheap and safe

Technical advisory

A senior engineer in your corner for decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

  • Build-vs-buy and architecture reviews sized for small teams
  • Vendor and AI tooling evaluations grounded in hands-on testing
  • Roadmaps and estimates you can take to stakeholders

Independent healthcare professional

From chat tabs to a dependable AI assistant

Problem
Hours each week went to repetitive writing and admin — drafted from scratch in scattered chatbot tabs with no consistency and no memory of past work.
Approach
Mapped the recurring tasks, then built a small set of Claude-based agent workflows with shared context, templates, and a review step — delivered with plain-language documentation and a training session.
Outcome
Routine drafting and admin became a supervised, minutes-long review task instead of an evening of writing, with consistent output the client fully controls.

Small professional-services practice

Modernizing a legacy web presence

Problem
An aging site was slow, hard to edit, and invisible to search — every content change required a developer and a deploy nobody trusted.
Approach
Rebuilt on Next.js with a clean content structure, automated previews, and analytics; migrated the domain and set up performance and SEO fundamentals.
Outcome
The owner now edits content directly, deploys are automatic, and the site scores well on Core Web Vitals — with a handover doc instead of a dependency on me.
  • Next.js
  • Vercel
  • Tailwind CSS
  • SEO

Career professional in a technical field

AI-assisted job search and portfolio pipeline

Problem
Applying to roles meant manually tailoring materials for every posting — slow enough that good openings were expiring before applications went out.
Approach
Built an agent-assisted pipeline that researches a posting, drafts tailored materials against the client's real history, and flags claims for human review — never auto-submitting.
Outcome
Application turnaround dropped from days to under an hour of focused review, while keeping every submitted word human-approved.

  • Human-in-the-loop review
